We are honored in receiving the award to the best scientific image in the NeuroART contest of the Sociedad Española de Neurociencia (SENC)

Congratulations to Eduardo Molina-Holgado and Jose Angel Rodriguez-Alfaro, who were the main authors of the picture!!

 

TESLA BALL: Resembling plasma rays emerging from the central electrode in a Tesla ball, here we show sensory axons (green) radially emerging from a dorsal root ganglion and interacting with their myelinating associates, the Schwann cells (red). Combination of both cell types and their blue-colored nuclei round off the final composition
