2. NEW TOOLS AGAINST EPENDYMAL TUMORS.

We recently started this line thanks to the crowdfunding. We really thank our generous donors for giving us the oportunity to look for new tools against ependymal tumours through PRECIPITA platform, dependent on the Spanish Foundation of Science and Technology. 

We are looking for human endogenous retroviruses as players in this condition.

We are currently collaborating with DKFZ (generous gift of the EP1 ependymoma cell line by Dr. H Witt and Dr. A. Martin-Villalba) and GeNeuro (generous gift of molecular tools to study HERVs)
