The paper describes a new way to calculate change of neurologic functionin SCI patients based on the ISNCSCI values
1. More sensitive than any of the measurements considered alone, allowing smaller cohorts to obtain reliable and significant results
2. Easy to calculate (there is an excel calculator inside)
3. Agrees with the clinical judgement of meaningfulness of neruological changes.
